Remembering A Life is a source of information about planning and preplanning a funeral, paying tribute to loved ones in meaningful ways, supporting others who have experienced a loss and helping people on their grief journey.

Be written by a professional working in the fields of end-of-life care, grief, counseling, etc. Note that if you have a personal story to tell about a loved one and how you’ve honored your loved one’s life, we would love to hear from you.
Not all individuals who visit RememberingALife.com are grieving the death of a loved one, but from the perspective of your writing style and approach, assume they are. Posts that communicate personal stories and experiences that engage readers are encouraged.
Remembering A Life reserves the right to reject a submission for content it deems inappropriate.
Author must have permission from all parties (including parents/guardians of minors) involved if mentioning specific individuals in a post or submitting photos of individuals.
Please be mindful of using correct terminology when referring to funeral service and other terms. (e.g., “cremated remains” instead of “ashes”; “died by suicide” instead of “committed suicide.”)
