Creating art can be a therapeutic and cathartic way to process loss and move forward in grief. Whether you paint, draw, sculpt, carve or doodle, your artwork can express a variety of emotions, including love, joy, humor and even anger.
Most importantly, you don't have to be an artist to create art! Each of us has the ability to create art that is meaningful. It doesn't have to be perfect. You may choose to display your art and share it with others, or make it a private expression of your loss.
